Gardens RestaurantSUMMER IS HERE.....WE HAVE LOTS OF LOVELY NEW PLANTS NOW IN STOCK..... HANGING BASKETS & PLANTED CONTAINERS.....WHY NOT CALL IN FOR A DELICIOUS DEVON CREAM TEA?.....
The Gardens Restaurant is well known for its high quality, home cooked food - wherever possible we source our ingredients from local producers and everything is prepared and cooked on the premises by renowned local chef Alf Bailey and his team.

There is sure to be something to take your fancy from the wide range of hot or cold meals, snacks, cakes, ice-creams and beverages on offer. We also have an extensive range of gluten free food on our menu.
With fantastic views across the Taw valley and seating for more than 100 people inside, the restaurant is a great place to take a break and enjoy a peaceful moment.

As well as the main restaurant we also have a sun-room area where muddy boots and dogs are welcome.

Outside seating is available in our pretty courtyard - a fine place to enjoy a delicious ice-cream from Dunstaple Farm Dairy.
Sundays are particularly busy so why not call ahead to book a table. If you would like to book please contact us on the main number and ask for the restaurant.

Part or all of the restaurant is available for booking by private parties or groups and catering can be provided to meet your requirement. We also can provide outside catering for parties, schools trips etc. Please either call us or drop by to discuss. Evening bookings are available for groups of 30 or more.

Our Gardens Restaurant won second place in the North Devon Food and Drink Awards 2008.
